Project Manager to offer tailored solutions to property managers, building owners, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project objectives and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment and services procurement.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain documentation.
- Conduct testing and commissioning activities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to resolve issues.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Support sales efforts with technical expertise.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, electrical, or mechanical fields preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
