Wholesale Assistant – Maternity Cover
We are currently seeking a Wholesale Assistant to join our team for on a Fixed Term Contract to cover a maternity. You will need to have previous experience in looking after Wholesale teams, dealing with Key Account representatives and 3PL centres, with a high level of enthusiasm, organisation and attention to detail.
The ideal candidate will be supporting the Commercial VP with inventory movements across the business for all channels (Retail, E-Commerce and Wholesale), as well as provide reporting and analysis on key KPIs to support trading decisions while optimising sales and stock.
You will be responsible for:
- Producing and distributing any company trade reports, as well as any other ad hoc reporting requested by the commercial VP.
- Supporting with the creation of PowerPoint Presentations and Excel reporting.
- Organization of trips and commercial activities such as Trade fairs, Product Presentations.
- Wholesale order management uploads into ERP
- Creation of Export documentation for Logistics.
- Handle communication with Partners and Customers to ensure successful delivery.
- Work with wider team on KPI targets.
- Collaborate with wider team to successfully execute new season launches.
Skills Required:
1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledge/understanding of the International Logistics environment.
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel including knowledge and use of formulas.
- Skilled on PowerPoint and Slides creation for presentations.
- The ability to work well with multiple stakeholders and departments.
- The ability work independently, multitask and achieve deadlines.
