Logistics & Operations Coordinator
Olivia von Halle is looking for a data driven, analytical and organised problem solver to be our Logistics & Operations Coordinator. They will coordinate all aspects of our stock flow, liaising with couriers, third party warehousing and stakeholders to ensure the smooth management of inventory.
Main Responsibilities:
· Work alongside the wholesale team to ensure stock is delivered in a timely manner and all wholesale orders, RTVs, swaps, cancellations and replenishment orders are fulfilled efficiently.
· Work alongside the production team to keep track of the supply chain operations, to manage and minimise production delays and stock shortages/overages.
· Support the Head of Customer Experience with deliveries and stock enquires, when necessary.
· Manage all 3 PLs (UK & US) and liaise closely with them to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
· Prepare shipping documents and arrange shipments with couriers, in the most cost-effective way.
· Arrange stock transfers between warehouses and the office, when needed.
· Problem solve any issues that arise in relation to inventory storage or movement.
· Ensure warehouse processes are working efficiently and suggest improvements, when appropriate.
· Order warehouse consumables.
· Assist the COO & the CCO with any operational tasks that may arise.
· Pull appropriate data and reports, when requested.

The Ideal Candidate:
• A motivated and ambitious self-starter educated to degree level or equivalent.
• A minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience in a similar role would be preferable.
• Able to work independently and proactively manages workload.
• Good communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to details.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a flexible, can-do attitude.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Shopify, BrightPearl and GlobalE would be advantageous.
