**Customer Service Representative – Milton Keynes – Global Manufacturer**
We are currently recruiting for a world leading manufacturer in their field, have over 300 factories, 25,000+ employees and sales of £9+ billion in FY 2022. Last year alone they put their name to 85 new patents and invested over £190million into R&D/Innovation.
We are looking for someone to act as a customer services account manager to deal with a number of their customers across the UK.
Role:
You will be responsible for;
- Full ownership dealing with all customer queries (phone and email) efficiently and effectively
- Ensure accuracy of order processing, including correct pricing to eliminate any invoice pricing queries
- Manage any supply or delivery issues
- Maintain all the systems, procedures and practices which support the sales and customer service function
Candidate:
The ideal candidate will;
- Previous experience of working within a customer service environment
- Experience of working within a busy, fast paced and demanding environment with the ability to work accurately
- Computer literate - Intermediate knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills with ability to use own initiative
- Experience working with a CRM
Package:
- Basic Salary up to £27,000
