We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to businesses of all sizes. We are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant with expertise in user research to join our client's team.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including
- Assist in recruiting participants for user research studies (surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.).
- Manage participant databases, track responses, and maintain updated records.
- Screen participants to ensure they meet study criteria and requirements.
- Handle outreach and communication with participants via phone, email, or other platforms.
- Schedule user research sessions, interviews, and meetings between participants and researchers.
- Coordinate time zones, calendar availability, and any logistical requirements.
- Send reminders and follow-ups to participants and stakeholders.
- Manage documents, research notes, and consent forms with attention to confidentiality.
- Maintain and organize digital files, ensuring smooth access for the research team.
- Help draft and format research materials (e.g., surveys, interview scripts, questionnaires).
- Assist with data entry and basic analysis of research findings.
- Conduct phone calls or video conferences to recruit participants, confirm appointments, and provide instructions.
- Act as a point of contact between researchers, participants, and other team members.
- Draft and send communication to participants, such as emails, research briefs, and thank-you notes.
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar administrative role.
- Experience with user research, participant recruiting, or similar research support is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Outlook) and communication tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.).
- Familiarity with research tools such as SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Attention to detail, especially when handling confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote teams.
- High level of professionalism when interacting with participants and stakeholders.

- Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
- Starting salary between 4$ - 6$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
