We are seeking:
We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Azure Administrator (Active Directory) to join our Corporate IT team. This role will focus on managing data architectures, optimizing data flows, and ensuring data integration across systems. Additionally, the role includes developing and managing SharePoint environments to support collaboration, document management, and process automation. The ideal candidate is experienced in both data engineering and SharePoint administration to help drive efficiency and innovation within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience with Azure cloud platform design, administration, and support.
- Solid understanding of Azure architecture and services, such as User provisioning, Group Policy, MFA, Management Groups, InTune, Defender, Subscriptions, Resource Groups, Azure Regions, Azure Functions, Azure Entra, Azure Networking, Azure Savings Plans and pricing models.
- Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Azure Automation.
- Proficient in SSO/SAML deployment for the available applications.
- Implement monitoring solutions for Azure resources using Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center, and other relevant tools.
- Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, desktop security vulnerabilities, and system outages.
- Configure and manage Azure Entra, Azure Connect, implement Entra ID Governance and maintain Access Management policies.
- Implement and enforce security policies and controls to protect Azure resources.
- Perform regular security assessments, audits, and implement remediation measures as needed.
- Work closely with other IT professionals, including developers and system architects, to design and implement Azure solutions.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Experience with ITSM tools, especially Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk, & BMC-Heliaus .
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification is required.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing Azure infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services, including VMs, VNets, Azure Entra, and Azure Storage.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, security best practices, and disaster recovery principles in the context of Azure.
