Required Skills:
We need a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in the following.
- Ability to speak and understand English
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, proofreading
- Proper Grammar written and verbal
- Professional office experience
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Experience responding to customer complaints
- Knowledge of long-term care facilities
- Experience using RTC data base
- Bi-lingual (Spanish/English)
- Experience working with the elder population
