Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced data analyst to join their growing team in Sarasota, FL! The ideal candidate will assist in interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing internal and external reporting.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field Strong understanding of Business Analysis concepts Knowledge of process mapping Database design skills Ability to work with large datasets Understanding of statistical methods Proficiency in QuickBooks and/or Epicor desired SQL: 1 year (Required) Data analysis skills: 1 year (Required)
Job Responsibilities: Collecting and interpreting data Analyzing results to discover trends and patterns Developing and implementing databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases/data systems Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets Pricing Work with management to determine net margins and maintain and communicate company pricing eCommerce Website Work with business units to streamline ordering, processing and delivery process. Communicate pricing changes, product updates to website development team IT Support Handle Tier 1 Technical Support Resolving simple hardware, software, or network issues, such as printer configurations, password resets, and application menu navigation Delegate, as necessary, more complex issues to our IT support company.
