In this role, you'll collaborate with various teams, both within and outside HR, to understand intricate reporting requirements and develop detailed reports and dashboards. Your expertise will be crucial as you will support key projects across different functions such as Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Absence, Time-tracking, ext.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in evaluating and enhancing existing Workday HCM reports spanning various modules.
- Develop a range of reports, including Custom, Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and BIRT reports, tailored to meet the evolving needs of HR and other departments.
- Leverage your expertise in Workday reporting to optimize reporting capabilities and deliver accurate and timely insights.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and provide suggestions of innovative reports.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday Report Writing experience
- Experience Reporting in 3+ modules across the HCM suite
- Strong skills in tools such as Calculated Fields, BIRT, and Prism
- Proficient in building reports from scratch
- Strong communication skills for effective teamwork.
