We’re looking for the next Digital Marketing Associate for a global publishing company. In this role, you’ll develop, implement, track, and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including email and social media. The best candidate for this role has 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and its related technologies, possesses a passion for reading and learning, and are detail-oriented project managers.
Location: Hybrid – must be currently located in DC Metro area and available to work 2 days/week in the company’s Maryland office, which is Metro-accessible.
What You’ll Do
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to expand the company’s international presence.
- Assist with establishing drip/nurture email campaigns in HubSpot, including CRM management, analysis, and reporting.
- Assist with writing and editing marketing copy, including SEO-friendly content.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, sharing both metrics and recommendations for improvements.
- Support communications with authors, agents, publishers and respond to questions and requests in a timely fashion.
The Quals You’ll Need:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Expertise in social media platforms, marketing automation processes, and tech tools such as Hubspot (preferred), MailChimp, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.
- Superb copywriting and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Supreme collaboration skills and the ability to share ideas.
- A diplomatic, customer service-oriented work style.
- Bachelor’s degree.
