Digital Marketing Specialist
Nashville, TN - Remote – EST Preferred
Part-Time - 20-25 hours/week
Contract with possible extension and conversion
Position Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist, Websites and Content is responsible for the day-to-day management of websites, content, data and assets in Europe, Middle Eastern, and African (EMEA) markets. This position will work cross-functionally in support of B2B, B2C and enterprise customers and stakeholders to ensure timely execution digital marketing and customer experience strategy and initiatives. The teammate will be primarily responsible for supporting the six primary markets in the EMEA region, but work may also include support and collaboration across teams as needed.
To be successful in this position, significant cross-functional collaboration across stakeholder groups and external agency teams is required. Candidates must be comfortable with highly collaborative environments and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the day-to-day management of digital experiences, specifically focused on websites and supporting infrastructure in EMEA markets.
Build relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders to effectively manage and enhance website content and user experience.
Work collaboratively with digital marketing teammates and agency resources to guide workstreams in alignment with strategic needs and brand guidelines to support on-time website deployments for our corporate and careers digital experiences, including UX, creative, development, QA, and publishing.
Manage content authoring and publishing for EMEA websites.
Study insights from analytics and other teams/functions to identify and optimize key moments in the customer journey to create or optimize content for critical customer segments.
Participate in content audits and develop content backlog and editorial calendar to continually improve customer experience.
Implement content, metadata and other changes as indicated by SEO strategy and platform.
Manage content translation process with local stakeholders and/or translation platform, ensuring regionalization and fluency.
Ensure data accuracy and processes are followed as documented by cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or website and digital platform ownership.
- Experience working with advanced CMS and DAM systems (Adobe Experience Manager and Assets experience preferred but not required).
- Solid project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a highly dynamic environment and adjust priorities as necessary.
- Strong communication skills – verbal, written and listening – and ability to communicate project-related deadlines and achievements to peers, stakeholders and leaders across businesses.
- Experience with global companies and best-in-class digital marketing, website strategy, user experience and related activities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a team player and ability to work successfully with a wide range of stakeholders.
