Position: Digital Marketing Specialist
Reports To: Marketing Director

We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketer to join our team and drive our online presence through data-driven strategies, integrated campaigns, and content creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and a deep understanding of digital marketing tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Google Data Studio.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy:
- Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, search engines, and websites.
- Develop strategies for campaign objectives, target audience segmentation, messaging, and content creation that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across channels.
SEO/SEM:
- Perform SEO audits, keyword research, and on-page optimization to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage and optimize SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive targeted traffic and improve ROI.
Email Marketing:
- Create, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
- Develop email marketing strategies, including content creation, segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
- Ensure email campaigns are aligned with the broader digital marketing strategy and track KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Content Creation:
- Create and upload compelling copy and images for the company's website, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Design website banners and assist with web visuals to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and social media managers to ensure all digital content is on-brand and optimized for performance.
Web Analytics:
- Use web analytics software (Google Analytics, Google Data Studio) to monitor website performance and user behavior.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for website and campaign improvements based on data analysis.
- Track and report key metrics, including traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI for all digital marketing initiatives.
Social Media and Paid Advertising:
- Oversee and optimize social media advertising campaigns using Meta Business Suite (Facebook, Instagram).
- Work closely with the creative team to ensure social media and PPC campaigns are cohesive, effective, and aligned with the overall strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketer with expertise in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and digital campaign management.
- Proficiency in HubSpot for email marketing campaign creation, automation, and reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page and technical SEO.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite (Facebook and Instagram ads).
- Experience in keyword research tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Basic design skills for web visuals and content creation (experience in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus).
