The Role
The RFP Manager will be responsible for managing the entire sales proposal process. This includes overseeing the proposal lifecycle from drafting compelling responses, driving proposals to success, and maintaining the content library. The RFP Manager reports to the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement and collaborates closely with Sales and Business Development. You will play a crucial role in aligning efforts to achieve Lark’s strategic priorities and business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Project manage the entire RFP process - submitting intent to bid, gathering sign-off from stakeholders, assembling responses, and developing supplemental materials
- Write and edit responses that clearly articulate the value of Lark’s offering
- Ensure responses across every RFP are consistent, accurate and complete
- Manage the final review process before submission of RFP
- Work closely with Sales and Business Development, SMEs across different departments, and Lark executives to gather information and ensure accuracy
- Leverage Loopio to maximize efficiency of RFP management
- Manage development and utilization of proposal library, including maintenance and content reviews and updates
- Stay abreast of changing messaging, new product launches and company policies
- Track progress, including responses, finalist and win rates
- Contribute to team growth by overseeing team’s workload, managing team members and participating in hiring process as needed
What You’ll Need
- Expertise in Loopio, RFP 360, or similar RFP software tool
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills; capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and succinctly
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and changing priorities, often under tight deadlines
- Highly organized and able to drive projects forward with strong attention to detail
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Motivated and resourceful team player with a commitment for continuous improvement
- Passion for supporting patients through technology
- Experience in the healthcare space - health plan and/or PBM experience preferred
- People management experience

The specific salary offered to a candidate will depend on various factors, including their location, job level, and verified job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
