Position Overview:
The Human Resources Intern will play an essential role in supporting key HR projects at Thirdeye AI, contributing to the development of a solid HR framework from scratch. This position involves handling recruitment, employee onboarding, policy creation, and HR systems management. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining the company’s culture and values while establishing the HR department from the ground up. This includes setting up HR policies and ensuring they align with the company’s goals.
The intern will collaborate closely with different teams and interface with external vendors. The role requires strategic thinking, problem-solving, and strong communication skills, along with the ability to manage various HR tasks independently while being smart and resourceful.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all core human resources tasks, such as recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll assistance, and maintaining company culture.
- Create and implement HR policies and frameworks that align with company goals.
- Use and manage HR tools like Workday, BambooHR, Zoho People, or similar platforms to streamline HR processes.
- Assist in creating a structured and efficient HR department from the ground up.
- Support in maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address HR needs.
- Contribute to enhancing employee engagement and company culture initiatives.
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to grasp the bigger picture and think strategically when handling complex situations.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative on projects.
- Solid understanding of different business aspects and HR functions.
- Basic understanding of technology and HR-related tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with HR software tools like Workday, BambooHR, or Zoho People.
- Strong organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in an HR role or a related internship is a plus.
