With numerous upcoming e-invoicing mandates globally, Storecove is poised to capitalize on the anticipated market boom. To properly prepare in the area of communications, we need a dedicated entry-level marketing team member to join us in this exciting phase.
Our team comprises experienced professionals, with employees based in the Netherlands, Malaysia, Japan, India and the United States. This role will have a special focus on the U.S. market, which has recently introduced its own e-invoicing network. Our management is actively involved in this U.S.-based network, and we are seeking additional support to build our brand both globally and in the U.S. market.
Working closely with our Head of Marketing (both in office and remote) in New York City, your main responsibility will be the planning, creation and distribution of content for both a U.S. and global audience, including emerging markets such as Malaysia, Germany, Singapore, Belgium, France, the UAE, and more. Additionally, you will be the go-to person for our website, newsletters, blog and social media publications.

Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in writing, editing, and proofreading content, such as blog posts, email campaigns, social media posts and other content for our website and external publications.
· Schedule and post content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and brand.
· Assist in writing and updating website content, including product descriptions and event announcements.
· Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and printers to ensure campaign materials are produced on time and within budget.
· Manage incoming sales requests and ensure timely communication between the Marketing and Sales teams.
· Assist the organization with marketing events, including workshops and webinars.
Qualifications:
· 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably with exposure to digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
· Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with marketing tools such as Salesforce, Mailchimp, Unbounce or similar.
· Basic understanding of SEO principles and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
· Familiarity with Adobe’s design tools is a plus.
