**Role Responsibilities:**
• Data Entry & Management: Accurately input media buys and campaign details into media buying software, ensuring all data is up-to-date and error-free.
• Vendor Communication: Coordinate and follow up with media vendors to ensure timely delivery of assets, resolve issues, and maintain strong working relationships.
• Budget Updates: Regularly update campaign budgets, making adjustments as needed to ensure alignment with media plans and client expectations.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a talent for multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (preferred)
