Responsibilities
- Own and oversee the complete integrated solution addressing customer needs
- Coordinate with Global Team (Pre-Sales, Sales, Delivery) to formulate solutions, PoVs
- Drive solution design and prepare proposition and present to customer
- Lead the team to implement PoCs
- Provide supervision and guidance to development teams
- Continually research the current and emerging technologies and propose changes where needed
- Assess the business impact based on market research
- Ensure reliability, security and compliance of the solutions
- Prepare Quarterly business plan in alignment with Sales & leadership team
- Participate in weekly/monthly/quarterly planning and review sessions
Requirements and skills
- 10+ years of experience in IT industry, preferable Hi-Tech domain
- Proven work experience as a Solution Architect or similar role
- Previous project management experience is advantageous
- In-depth understanding of Microsoft Technology stack, especially Azure Cloud Platform, .NET Framework
- Exposure and good understanding of Azure Open AI technologies
- Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases
- Efficient communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Problem solving abilities and attention to detail with business acumen
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science is preferred
