The Role – Senior Therapist Community Manager, 10 Month FTC
At Unmind Talk we have ambitious plans to change the perception of mental health. In order to support our ambitions we need practitioners who want to be part of a high quality network at a credible organisation with an amazing brand and reputation.
We need community support for them so that they can thrive throughout their Unmind Talk journey, from smooth onboarding, to ensuring we have the right quality checks in place, managing complaints and engaging with the network through our different channels.
Working within the Talk Operations Team, and closely with our Talk Product and Product Support Teams and our Science team,
the Senior Community Manager will be responsible for the quality and engagement associated with this practitioner journey.
In this role, your focus will be Quality and Engagement of the network:
- Support onboarding of new practitioners, including defining the vetting criteria and responding to escalated questions from the team.
- Work with your peers in the Care Operations team to continuously improve and drive the quality, engagement and capability of the network.
- Be a subject matter expert on Unmind policies and platforms.
- Respond to escalated support enquiries from practitioners and end users.
- Grow and lead our community of In-Country experts and ensure we are maximising their potential.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the practitioner network.
- Responsible for delivering a best-in-class experience for practitioners and clients by continuous improvement of community processes and features.
- Build lasting relationships with the wonderful members of Unmind’s practitioner community.
- Work with the Science team to define and maintain clinical standards and best practice.
- Coordinate with other teams on projects involving the practitioner community.
- Provide reporting on quality and engagement of the network for the wider organisation
Skills And Experience

We firmly believe that no one is the finished article and that there should be learning in every role you do. However, some experience in the following is important for this position:
- Experience in Community Management is a must have for this role
- Preferred experience having worked with Practitioner Networks, Therapists or within the Mental Health space
- Passionate about mental health, tech-for-good, and generally improving people’s lives.
- Comfortable working in an environment of rapid growth, constant change, and lots of unknowns.
- Strong Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Data driven and an analytical thinker
- Hungry to make Unmind the global category leader of workplace mental health.
