Position Overview:
The IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing multiple enterprise systems, leading software development initiatives, and ensuring successful project execution from start to finish. This role requires a highly organized, hands-on leader who can align IT projects with AutoShack's overall business goals, deliver projects on time and within budget, and ensure optimal performance across all systems. You must be comfortable managing both technical aspects and business-oriented tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Coordinate and work closely with a small IT team and two software developers to ensure the smooth operation of multiple enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, TalkDesk).
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring deliverables are met.
- Hands-on involvement in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring business needs are translated into IT solutions.
- Manage and evaluate project ROI, optimizing resources and prioritizing tasks based on business value.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide solutions that support company growth.
- Identify risks and proactively implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure that software development initiatives are delivered with high quality, on schedule, and within budget.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for enterprise systems as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven ability to manage enterprise systems and software development teams.
- Strong leadership and hands-on experience with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Business-minded with the ability to align IT solutions with business goals and strategies.
- Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, NetSuite, Manhattan Scale, TalkDesk) and the ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Conservative, results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in tracking ROI and project performance metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
