Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training schedule comprising Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, totaling 40 hours per week, with potential weekend shifts during holidays.
- Engage in a preceptorship that includes three 12-hour shifts weekly, alternating weekends based on your preceptor’s schedule.
- Achieve essential certifications including BLS, ACLS, CPI, EKG, NIH Stroke Scale, and Meditech Modules.
- Attend all mandatory training sessions and complete the required seminars for professional development.
- Collaborate closely with assigned mentors to integrate into the nursing culture and enhance your clinical skills.
- Conduct an evidence-based poster presentation to demonstrate your learning outcomes.

Qualifications
- Recent graduate from an accredited nursing program within the last 12 months.
- Limited RN experience, ideally no more than 6 months, with preference for candidates having less than 2 months of hospital experience.
- Current Florida RN license is required before program commencement, or appropriate compact licensure with an active Florida RN license to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
- Prior experience in medical or service industries is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Candidates demonstrating a genuine passion for patient care are preferred.

Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive salary range:
- Med/Surg & PCU: $29.81 per hour
- ICU: $30.94 per hour
- Specialty: $32.79 per hour
- Increased rates possible for candidates with prior relevant experience (LPN, CNA, EMT/Paramedic).
- Sign-on bonus of $10,000 contingent on a 2-year commitment.
- Relocation assistance available on a case-by-case basis for out-of-state candidates.
