Full-Time Call Center Representative
WebCE is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work Full-Time in a hybrid environment. Training will be fully in-person. Candidate should have at least two years of customer service experience and be willing to work with customers by phone. All applicants should have the right to work for any company in the U.S. without sponsorship.

A day in the life of a Customer Service Representative at WebCE
First off, we have been in business for a long time, so that means that we have this whole training process nailed down and organized. We will get you up to speed, so that you will have a strong understanding of the job requirements as well as the goals and expectations.
As a Call Center Representative you will work from your own cubicle and your own home. Primarily, you will be engaging with and talking to customers over the phone. You will answer their questions regarding our various products as well as state specific certification and continuing education requirements, give them pricing for our products, place orders, help them with billing questions, or direct them to the right person who can help them with what they need.
If you have a question or need some help, you will be surrounded by helpful, friendly people who are ready to jump in and collaborate with you in finding the best solution for the customer's needs. Our open-door policy ensures that you can get access to the person who has the information or knowledge that you need to get the job done for our customers.
What You Need To Be Qualified For This Job
To be qualified for this job, you must have a positive and caring attitude. You will be engaging with our highly valuable customers on a daily basis, so it is vital that you can show them how much we care. You will need to know how to use the tools of the trade, that means phone skills, computer skills, and ability to use software. Since it is not likely that you have used all our systems, you have got to be willing to jump in and learn how to use our systems and provide feedback on things that we can improve.
This is a hybrid position which requires you to live within reasonable driving distance of 12222 Merit Drive Dallas, TX 75251. You must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and comfortable with prolonged desk work involving computer and phone use.
