CAM Solar is looking for a professional and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and service.
Essential Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone and/or email
- Complete, maintain, and process pertinent paperwork and records with a high attention to detail to ensure accurate data is entered in database and other technology as needed
- Document and track customer interactions
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience in the solar energy industry preferred
- Strong administration skills
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exercise good judgement
- Knows when to involve a supervisor
- Strong retention skills with the ability to follow a process flow and/or script as needed
- Ability to remain calm and professional in handling customer frustrations
- Ability to remain focused and productive with task that may be repetitive
Training will be in person, so you must be in the San Antonio, TX area afterwards you will be working from home.
