Job Description: As an SEO Specialist, you will develop and implement strategies, techniques, and tactics to improve the visibility of our clients' website on search engines, attracting more visitors and generating valuable leads. Your role will involve staying updated with industry innovations and trends to ensure our SEO practices remain cutting-edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Google Analytics & Search Console: Set up and manage Google Analytics accounts and Google Search Console properties.
- Keyword & Competitor Research: Conduct extensive keyword and competitor research to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Website Audits & Optimization: Perform comprehensive website audits for SEO, including broken link checks, 301 redirects, XML sitemap setups, and robot.txt optimizations.
- On-Page SEO: Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, interlinking, outbound linking, image alt tags, title tags, and image sizes.
- Technical SEO: Implement technical SEO best practices, including server-side optimization, structured data, and mobile SEO.
- Content Strategy: Develop and manage content strategies that align with SEO goals.
- Link Building: Execute link-building strategies and outreach to enhance domain authority.
- Tools & Software: Utilize SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) for analysis and optimization.
- Reporting: Provide clients with detailed optimization, ranking, and analytics reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive SEO efforts.
- Performance Metrics: Set and achieve specific performance metrics (KPIs) to measure SEO success.
Position Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization.
- SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO best practices and current trends.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Customer Service: Experience in providing high-quality customer service.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SEO tools and software to enhance optimization efforts.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications include Google Analytics Certified, SEO Certification.
