Job Description:
We are seeking a talented in-office Search Engine Optimization Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SEO best practices, evolve with algorithmic changes, and have extensive experience designing and managing websites on the WordPress platform. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing SEO campaigns that promote our clients' brands, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive traffic.
- Design, build, and maintain websites using WordPress, ensuring high performance, availability, and optimization for mobile devices.
- Optimize website content for maximum visibility and ranking in the major search engines.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide content creation.
- Analyze website analytics and make data-driven decisions for website optimization.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and algorithm changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, but not a must)
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and others
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
- Proficient in On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, and Local SEO strategies and implementation
- Experience in digital marketing strategies and tactics
- Knowledge of search engines and their ranking factors
- Knowledge of SEO applications (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and other SEO tools
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and optimization techniques
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Proficient in using Google Analytics & Google Search Console to track website performance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
