The Digital Marketing personnel will support/lead management and the sales organization through facilitating the planning, development, and execution of digital marketing strategies. As a key member of the marketing team, the Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing online channels focusing on Search Engine Optimization (SEO), social media, digital media, and marketing analytics. This position will also collect and report success metrics and provide the right strategy along with insights and opportunities to expand brand awareness to support our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, measure, analyze and report on web performance, including SEO.
- Create content and help to manage social media channels – particularly LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
- Analyze performance metrics weekly, monthly, and quarterly to measure effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute reports and dashboards that effectively present digital marketing metrics.
- Update, maintain, and create website content as needed
- Improve the performance of the digital products/solutions via the usage of UX & monetization recommendations.
- Lead local digital projects (e-commerce) in coordination with the IT Department and other areas.
- Create the functional specifications of the digital projects previously assigned.
- Prepare reports and present results to management.
- Create and execute direct to consumer email marketing campaigns.
- Schedule, maintain, and monitor ad delivery to ensure successful deployment of ads.
- Manage additional projects as they arise.
Qualifications:
- SEO and SEM
- Google Analytics, Google AdWords
- CRM – Marketing Cloud
- Email marketing (Constant Contact)
- Social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
- Content creation
- Data analysis
- Research skills for competitive intelligence
- B2B marketing
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
- Spanish preferred but not required.
Experience
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing.
