Role : GTM Lead, Analytics Americas / Global
- As the Analytics Business Development Head of North America, you will lead the development of Sales strategies, solution proposal and deal closing. You will manage Identification and generation of sales opportunities and the cultivation of pipeline growth.
- Expert in Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence domains
- Create Data strategy and execute Data initiatives in partnership with Business Leaders
- Experience in collaborating with Business and IT teams to architect and deliver large Data and Analytics programs in a global delivery model
- Experience leading Data Engineering, Data Science and Data Governance teams and building out Modern Data and AI Platforms on Cloud and migrating Legacy platforms.
- Prior experience in managing complex technology deals involving Analytics, AI, and ML
- Lead Growth of Region through targeted client portfolio management resulting in meeting or exceed revenue and bookings targets
- Manage and lead the Regional Marketing and PR programs and events to increase revenue opportunities and increase Capgemini’s BSv Analytics brand equity through blogs, tradeshows, and social platforms, CxO Breakfasts, and other Pre-sales opportunities
- Build and manage a team of sales and solutions to drive new business development, account management and mining, and partner alliances
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with technology partners, system integrators, and other industry players to expand the company's market reach
- Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in Analytics, AI &ML to internal teams, partners, and customers.
- Continuously analyze market and competitor strategies, identifying opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Collaborate with NA GTM cluster leads and Practices to create and execute effective go-to-market strategies that drive demand for Analytics solutions through targeted campaigns, events, and community engagement
- Preferable - Experience in IT services sales to enterprise functions such as finance and accounting, supply chain, customer service etc.

- Meeting and exceeding annual contract value target

- Works as part of a team to negotiate new deals, extensions, and ad-hoc service aspects
