Responsibilities
- We are seeking a talented UX Designer to work remotely or in one of client’s offices, supporting the Life Company Design team.
- In this role, you will help reimagine and enhance digital experiences for Life Insurance policyholders and their beneficiaries.
- As a User Experience Designer, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, applying expertise in human-centered design, discovery, ideation, prototyping (in Figma), and user research.
- You'll present designs to stakeholders, crafting and delivering solutions that align with member needs and strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Relevant, on-the-job experience in a Product Design, UX Design, or Service Design role designing user interfaces for digital products within complex design systems for web and/or native applications (at least 4 years).
- Working experience designing and supporting digital products in a team environment using human-centered design principles, methods, and problem-solving strategies (at least 4 years).
- Facilitation, collaboration, and consensus-building skills, with experience presenting to cross-functional teams (at least 2 years).
- Figma and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint - or equivalent tools)
