Planet Interactive is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join our well known Fortune 500 client on a 12-month contract! This role is 40 hours per week and will follow a remote work schedule but with an expectation for the candidate to sit close to their Culver City office.
Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:
- Lead reporting for owned social media channels, covering campaign specific, monthly, and ad hoc reports.
- Establish and maintain owned social media benchmarks across platforms to evaluate success of campaigns, organic posts, and to identify trends.
- Track and analyze the performance of creators and third party mentions, establishing benchmarks and providing insights to optimize partnerships and illustrate results.
- Track and report on brand-related digital conversations as well as broader industry topics.
- Build and maintain dashboards to visualize digital conversation data, including sentiment analysis and topic modeling through Tableau.
- Set and evaluate KPIs for digital conversation and search performance.
- Respond to ad hoc reporting requests, including but not limited to geo-specific topic modeling, audience analysis, and competitor research.
- Provide insights that drive strategy by analyzing diverse datasets, identifying trends, and offering targeted recommendations.
Marketing Analyst Requirements:
- 2-3+ years' experience focusing on data analytics for organic marketing campaigns (social heavy.)
- Bachelor's degree.
- Highly proficient with Excel.
- Experience with Tableau, SQL, and Python are highly sought after.
- Experience building presentations in Keynote.
- An understanding of social analytics and workflows.
