Key Responsibilities

- Update and manage office policies and procedures.
- Procure office supplies and explore new suppliers and deals.
- Handle phone communications as required.
- Organize and schedule appointments efficiently.
- Plan meetings and accurately document minutes.
- Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal and external clients.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a comparable office position.
- Familiarity with office management systems and practices.
- Proficient with office equipment such as printers and laptops.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail along with strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and oral communication capabilities.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are considered a plus.
