Role: Experiential Project Manager

Location: Remote (Must be eligible to work in the U.S.)

Rate: up to $45/hr

Clutch is seeking a Project Manager with experiential marketing and live events experience.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality deliverables.
Cultivate strong client relationships, understand their goals, and provide strategic guidance throughout the project.
Source and manage vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
Lead and motivate project teams, delegate effectively, and provide clear direction.
Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability.
Identify and mitigate potential risks to safeguard project success.
Gather and analyze feedback to identify improvement areas and inform future projects.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in experiential marketing or event management, preferably in an agency setting.
Proven track record of successful project delivery within time and budget constraints.
Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
