We’re looking to hire a Performance-Driven Content Writer for a fast-growing audio-series platform. You’ll join the Marketing and Creative team to develop long-form ad scripts that capture attention, engage users, and drive app installs. This is a 100% remote role (PST hours). This is a contract-to-hire position.
**Must have experience writing for radio, on-air promos, or branch narratives within the Fantasy genre.**
Content Writer Responsibilities:
- Develop 30-40 minute long-form ad scripts for Facebook and TikTok that captivate audiences and drive app installs.
- Identify key themes and parts of audio-series shows to create high-retention scripts.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align ads with campaign goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on data (e.g., CPI, retention, click-through rates).
- Participate in A/B testing and refine scripts to maximize user engagement.
Content Writer Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in copywriting or content creation, with a focus on performance marketing or social media ads.
- Proven track record of writing high-conversion ad content for social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of U.S. audience behavior and social media trends.
- Experience with content optimization based on performance data (e.g., CPI, CTR).
- Familiarity with A/B testing and performance analysis tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with audio-based content like podcasts or audiobooks.
- Familiarity with iterative content development and long-form ads.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
