Summary: Longmont United Hospital is looking for a locum OB/GYN to help with coverage for emergent GYN and OB deliveries as soon as credentialing with the hope of an end of October start.

Rate Caps For Submission
Malpractice Must be included in rates.
Orientation half the hourly/callback rate*** kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours
Holiday Must be 1.5x the regular rates Per holiday hour, no OT

Setting: Inpatient, Emergency Room, Call Trauma Level III
FTE: 2.0
Required Procedures/Job Duties: GYN Emergencies, Obstetrics including C-section.
EMR: EPIC
Support Staff: RN
Reason for Coverage: Gaps in coverage
Dealbreakers (Do Not Present): Must be willing and able to work 24 hour shifts.
EMR Required Training
Module (learn lessons) Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training.
EMR Virtual training - Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual EMR training must be scheduled prior to the providers first day, to avoid the provider missing their first day.
Travel Preferences (see Attachment For Specific Travel Guidelines)
- Preferred Lodging: none. In the event that the CommonSpirit Health preferred hotel is not available, hotel/lodging rates will be reimbursed based on actual expense, up to 1.5 times the current GSA rate for the market. https://www.gsa.gov/travel/plan-book/per-diem-rates
- Air Travel: ***/round trip cap
- Rental Cars: ***/day all in cap (including taxes and fees) regardless of car class.
- Mileage: IRS Standard Rate

Please also indicate the city where provider will be traveling from in the travel section of the provider submission.

Board Certified OB/GYN - Required
Active CO license - Required or IMLC (LOQ at time of submission)
Active DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
Candidate must be available to start in October 2024 - Required to note the specific dates
Must state # of shifts per month provider can offer to the team - Required
Must be willing and able to work 24 hour shifts - Required
Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - Required
