Hapi (Data Travel, LLC) is a company which specializes in data integration for hospitality companies and Hospitality CRM with a suite of solutions based on Salesforce called
Hapi Guest.
We are looking for a Sales Cloud Consultant to work on the implementation of Hapi Guest for Sales Cloud for various hotel companies. This position requires a good level of autonomy and the ability to interact with customers (hotel company marketing teams and technical teams).
This position will play a key role in meeting our customer expectations. There’s no strict geographical requirements for this position, however working hours will be based within a US Time Zone (EST, CST, MST, or PST).
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both standard implementation tasks that have clearly defined requirements and developing new solutions or custom logic for unique requests. A creative mindset and eagerness to build new features, processes and logic are highly valued, as the role involves balancing routine implementation work with more complex, custom development challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in the implementation of the Hapi Guest for Salesforce App for clients, based on the client provided requirements
- Listen to client requests and help them implement solutions to meet their needs.
- Respond to customer queries, identify customer needs in a timely manner, and troubleshoot reported issues
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce releases and best practices
- Participate in Project Team meetings
- Update Project Management systems

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required
- 2-3 years of experience working “hands on” with Salesforce Sales / Service Cloud
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Administrator certification
- Strong understanding of Sales Cloud functionality, including but not limited to:
- Experience working with PersonAccounts
- Knowledge of SOQL, SF inspector, DataLoader, Flows
- Experience using Service Cloud as a customer service agent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Be organized, highly disciplined and self-motivated
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members over chat, email, and video calls
- Manage time effectively and meet work performance and/or productivity levels while teleworking
Preferred
- Experience configuring apps on the Salesforce AppExchange
- Hands on Salesforce Administrator experience
- Hotel/Hospitality (or related industry) experience
- Service Cloud Consultant/Administrator experience
