YOUR OPPORTUNITY
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will play a hands-on role in shaping the product marketing strategy, developing market insight to refine positioning and messaging, driving pipeline, revenue, and adoption of key features.
You will help drive the product marketing efforts with the product, revenue, services, and enablement teams across the globe. You will be a key source of market input to influence product direction with responsibility for enabling competitive product strategy.
You will be the expert in our software buyers, how they buy, why they buy and will transfer that knowledge to the product management, marketing, and sales channels. You’ll work with demand marketing teams to conceive and develop innovative integrated marketing content that drive demand for each component of the XI platform. You will ensure the sales and client success teams have the tools, assets, and enablement they need to succeed.
The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into customer benefits and a fantastic writer and producer of demand generating content. You should be a great storyteller with exceptional interpersonal skills, presence, maturity, and emotional intelligence.

WHO YOU ARE
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing at enterprise software companies.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.
- Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in creating compelling content for various marketing channels (digital, print, events).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and product launch processes.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Create and execute on the product marketing plan and strategy for product line, including positioning and messaging, content creation, and competitive analysis for your product line
- Collaborate with demand marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns to prospects and customers
- Create and manage marketing collateral, including pitch decks, case studies, and presentations.
- Collaborate with Product Management to define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
- Work with revenue teams to develop programs, sales collateral and materials, case studies, templates, and other core marketing deliverables
- Drive adoption of new features amongst client and user base to increase stickiness and retention
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to produce and enable on competitor battlecards.
- Train and support the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to sell effectively.
- Be the expert on buyer personas: how they buy and their buying criteria; be the expert on your competition and how to crush them.
- Engage with customers and prospects to gather feedback and inform product and positioning enhancements.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote our offerings.
- Own the product and solution pages of the InMoment website (in tandem with other stakeholders across the marketing team)
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the marketing team.
