This highly visible position will be the first impression of our company and brand as well as integral team player. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service.
*Responsibilities*
· Greeting visitors: Welcoming clients, vendors, job candidates, and customers
· Managing the lobby: Ensuring that visitors sign in and complete security procedures
· Handling paperwork: Completing paperwork and managing correspondence
· Answering phones: Answering incoming calls and providing information to callers
· Assisting with scheduling: Scheduling and confirming appointments
· Maintaining files: Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files
· Managing inventory: Keeping track of office supplies
· Performing administrative tasks: Processing bills, filing paperwork, and data entry
· Assisting with projects: Handling special administrative projects and overflow work from other assistants
· Leadership skills, such as understanding the organizational mission, being concerned with public trust, and demonstrating cultural sensitivity.
