Job Overview
In this position, you will be part of a proactive team that advises and implements solutions across critical areas such as Strategy, Identity, Infrastructure, Data, and Application Security. You will leverage advanced cybersecurity tools and methodologies, ensuring accelerated professional growth and unique networking opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and provide strategic recommendations for clients’ Microsoft Entra ID environments, focusing on tenant configurations and hardening.
- Conduct technical health assessments for Entra ID setups.
- Support both proof-of-concept and production deployments of Entra ID.
- Design and implement Entra ID deployments, ensuring seamless integration with Active Directory.
- Aid clients in transitioning to Microsoft Entra ID services, including tenant configuration and service optimization.
- Facilitate Azure B2B and B2C implementations using protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
- Assist in migrating applications to Entra ID as the primary identity provider.
- Configure and deliver advanced threat protection capabilities, including Defender for Identity.
- Implement industry best practices related to Entra ID.
- Participate in assessments, design evaluations, and implementation reviews throughout various lifecycle phases.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Entra ID.
- Engage in thought leadership activities, including authoring whitepapers on Microsoft Identity Access Management technologies.
Required Skills
- Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Entra ID solutions.
- Proficiency in IAM concepts such as onboarding, provisioning, and recertification.
- Familiarity with Active Directory and on-premises solutions like GPOs, Domain Trusts, and DNS.
- Understanding of MS Graph API and PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with identity management tools such as Okta, SailPoint, and Ping Identity.
- Knowledge of Privileged Access Management solutions, including CyberArk and BeyondTrust.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in architecting and implementing Entra ID solutions.
- At least 2 years of experience with IAM concepts and security operations.
- Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% as project needs arise.
- Capability to secure and maintain the necessary security clearance.

Compensation And Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects skills, experience, and training, with an estimated salary range of \(95,000 to \)163,000. Employees are also eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program based on performance and contributions.
