Overview:
The Vice President of Telehealth Services at Restore First Health will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of telehealth programs to deliver high-quality healthcare remotely. The role will involve strategic planning, operational management, technology integration, and ensuring regulatory compliance to expand and optimize telehealth services. The VP will collaborate closely with clinical, technical, and administrative teams to meet the organization’s growth and patient care objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the overall telehealth strategy to align with organizational goals and industry trends
- Collaborate with executive leadership to drive telehealth service expansion and innovation
- Identify and implement new telehealth platforms, tools, and partnerships
- Operational Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of telehealth services, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and seamless integration with other health services
- Monitor performance metrics, including patient satisfaction, clinician engagement, and cost-effectiveness
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery
- Technology & Innovation
- Lead the selection and implementation of telehealth technologies that improve access, clinical outcomes, and patient experience
- Ensure all telehealth technologies meet security, privacy, and compliance standards, including HIPAA
- Stay updated on advancements in telehealth technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance service offerings
- Regulatory Compliance & Quality
- Ensure all telehealth practices adhere to federal, state, and local regulations
- Develop policies and procedures for telehealth services that maintain compliance and uphold high clinical standards
- Conduct audits and risk assessments related to telehealth programs
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with clinical leadership, IT, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless telehealth integration
- Serve as the primary spokesperson for telehealth services, representing the organization in conferences and with external stakeholders
- Financial Oversight
- Develop and manage the telehealth services budget, focusing on cost-effectiveness and revenue growth
- Identify opportunities for reimbursement through Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurers
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree preferred
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, with at least 5 years in telehealth or digital health. Experience in a startup environment is valuable. Experience in chronic care management preferred
- Proven success in implementing telehealth services at scale, with a focus on operational efficiency and patient outcomes
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, telehealth policies, and reimbursement models
- Expertise in telehealth technologies, cybersecurity, and digital health innovations
- Leadership experience in cross-functional teams, including clinical, IT, and operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Location: US-REMOTE with travel to onsite locations in operating states.
