Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to protect our organization's digital assets and ensure the security of our systems. In this role, you will identify potential security risks, implement preventative measures, and respond to security incidents. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure data and prevent unauthorized access.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and respond to security threats and incidents in real time.
Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
Implement security measures such as firewalls, encryption, and endpoint protection.
Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, protocols, and incident response plans.
Train staff on security awareness and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with evolving cyber threats and mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a related field.
Proficiency with cybersecurity tools and techniques (e.g., firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption).
Knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Experience with incident response and threat intelligence.
Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+) preferred.
