Permanent role - €50k per annum

Key Tasks:
- Collect, analyse, and interpret the data generated through data sources such as grants, diagnostics, Power BI , to inform the organisation on trends emerging and the implications for client transformation as well as the potential impact on the delivery of transformation targets.
- Present and communicate the results of your findings through charts and graphs, reports and using existing marketing collateral and technology.
- Apply continuous improvement and good corporate governance to the varied data bases that capture the type of data to store and collect and how the data appears.
- Support Project Executives in delivery of diagnostic feedback to clients including the interpretation of that feedback to inform the client transformation journey.
- Analyse how the supports and interventions have impacted on the transformation journey of clients across all segments, to showcase to Executives and clients.
- Design pathways to transformation from existing data that demonstrates the ways in which clients across the portfolio can strategically change and grow.
- Working with Operations Departments and Financial Management, assess the impact of sustainability, RD&I and talent development approvals on the transformation of Irish sites and what learnings can be generated from this analysis to inform the approach.
- Support Client Development Programme, by providing data from the diagnostics to support opportunity identification.
- Contribute to the development of best practice information management methodology across the division.
- Bring new insight, capability, and perspective to the team to contribute to the team’s delivery.
- Maintain and update the Salesforce system with intelligence generated from research, diagnostics and supports.

Additional Requirements
- A relevant Level 8 third level business/sector related degree recognised on the National Qualification Framework is essential; preferably related to Data Analytics.
- Ability to extract trends and insights and present them appropriately is essential,
- In-depth knowledge and experience of data analysis and visualization tools is essential(e.g., Excel, PowerBI).
- Ability to work well under pressure, flexibly as a member of a team and independently on own initiative in terms of time worked and tasks undertaken;
- This role may require international & domestic travel and flexible working hours;
- Experience in the area of social media/digital marketing is desirable;
- A full driving licence is essential;
