Job Overview
We are inviting applications for the position of ERP Analyst, with the flexibility of remote work arrangements. This role is pivotal in supporting our team based in Austin, Texas, as you will take charge of the documentation and management of our Student Information System (SIS), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Finance processes. Acting as a strategic intermediary, you will translate organizational demands into actionable technology requirements, ensuring the smooth operation of our integrated systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and oversee the Finance, HCM, Payroll, and SIS ERP systems.
- Lead software implementation initiatives, maintenance tasks, and vendor evaluations.
- Plan, install, and conduct tests of new software releases, fixes, and enhancements.
- Research and assess new software products to improve and advance current systems.
- Manage eCommerce and payment processing systems.
- Test and integrate new procedures and tools to enhance operational processes.
- Enforce policies related to support services, change management, and incident response.
- Collaborate effectively with users and IT personnel to resolve production challenges and provide budgetary recommendations.
- Deploy expert knowledge in ERP administration, particularly with Ellucian and Workday systems.
- Execute data migrations and manage integration tools and APIs.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (four years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree).
- Minimum of three years of pertinent work experience.
- Preferred: Experience in managing SIS and ERP systems, including Workday; a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, and ITIL Foundation Certification or higher.

- Salary Range: \(87,157 - \)108,946
- Valid driver’s license is required.
