Creative Marketing & Operations Specialist
Role Summary
We’re a career services start-up that helps job-seekers to land fulfilling roles. We’re searching for a highly organized, professional, and creative Sales Operations and Marketing Specialist to help grow our brand and streamline our operations.
As a service-based business, we recently launched a digital platform for nonprofit organizations. We hope to find someone who is a quick learner to contribute across many areas as we grow.
As a key member of our small team, you'll be responsible for a range of activities:
- Handling client communications with empathy and professionalism
- Working with the founder to create newsletters, social media posts, and video content
- Researching potential nonprofits to subscribe to our software
- Creating email outreach and follow up sequences
- Tracking outreach activities and project status

We’ve helped thousands of job-seekers to put their best selves forward through professional resume writing and career coaching. We recently launched a new digital platform for job seekers and workforce programs, and will be scaling over the next 18 months to serve more organizations.
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Past experience in marketing, sales, or operations for a tech or startup company.
- Exceptional writing and copy editing skills.
- Prior success in a client-facing role.
We are looking for a candidate with knowledge of at least some of our tech stack:
HubSpot, Canva, Jira, Front, Monday, Wordpress, MS Office, Wistia, Linkedin
Compensation & Schedule:
Salary range: $28-$35 hour depending on experience and learning curve.
Flexible schedule: 20-35 hours based on existing skillset.
The role – and earning potential – will grow quickly for the right candidate.

Hybrid. Option to work in at centrally-located coworking space.
PTO and health insurance contributions for full-time staff after 90 days.
Schedule: Flexible, with some required availability between 9am-3pm M-F.
