Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Salesforce CRM Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this fully remote position, you will leverage your extensive experience in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud to drive impactful projects and collaborate with Agile teams. Your leadership skills will play a crucial role in ensuring successful outcomes and fostering a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Out-of-the-Box Configuration, focusing on Data Model, Security, and Process Automations.
- Showcase your expertise in Apex, particularly in Triggers, Batch Apex, and Dynamic Apex.
- Engage in the development and maintenance of integrations and web services, including SOAP/REST and Web Service API.
- Create and enhance Salesforce Lightning applications and components, participating actively in hands-on development.
- Conduct asynchronous operations and implement effective unit tests/Test Classes for quality assurance.
- Adopt and advocate for best practices in developer processes, ensuring compliance with Salesforce governor limits through bulk code optimization.
- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance while managing your responsibilities effectively.
- Communicate proficiently with clients and team members, both verbally and in written formats.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience in Salesforce Out-of-the-Box Configuration, Data Model, Security, and Process Automations.
- Proficient in Apex coding, including Triggers and Batch Apex.
- Strong background in integrating and utilizing web services (SOAP/REST).
- Expertise in Salesforce Lightning and development of Lightning web components.
- Ability to conduct asynchronous operations and produce unit tests/Test Classes.
- Knowledge of best practices in Salesforce development, particularly in bulkifying code.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of Salesforce experience, particularly in Sales & Service Cloud.
- Proven leadership capabilities and experience in mentoring others.
- A valid LinkedIn profile is mandatory.
- Candidates must hold a valid H1-B visa with at least one year remaining.
