Team Overview
You’ll be joining a global support team of 14, split across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3. This Tier 2 role focuses on mid-level complexity problems. You will be the main POC for Tier 2 Support across the US, so being able to work independently is needed.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 support, resolving Tier 1 escalations.
- Assist with deployment and delivery of solutions to new customers.
- Participate in a rotational on-call schedule every 6 weeks.
- Opportunity to introduce new ideas and processes within a small, agile team.
Key Requirements
- Experience with Kubernetes (K8s) administration and debugging. (Ideally AKS)
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Desirable Skills
- SQL database experience (reading logs, not writing queries).
- Familiarity with Bitbucket and Git.
