Our client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join their team in Worcester. As a key member of our project team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to analyze, assess, and recommend solutions that optimize and streamline business processes. Help drive improvements and ensure the smooth implementation of systems that support our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Engage with internal teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into functional SAP solutions.
- Business process analysis: Assess current business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation through SAP.
- Solution design and recommendation: Develop and recommend effective SAP-based solutions that align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Implementation support: Work closely with IT and project teams to ensure the successful implementation of SAP solutions, managing change processes and ensuring smooth adoption.
- Documentation and communication: Create clear and concise documentation of business requirements, processes, and workflows. Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams.
- Testing and quality assurance: Support testing efforts to ensure SAP solutions are fully functional, accurate, and meet business needs.
- Training and support: Assist in training end-users and providing ongoing support post-implementation.
Qualifications:
- BS in Accounting, Finance, IT, or another similar field
- 8+ Years of accounting experience in finance roles or SAP implementation roles
- Experience in analyzing and improving business processes.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering practical business solutions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
