Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across sales functions including Sales Directors and Customer Development Heads.
- Demonstrate expertise in selling IT services and develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs.
- Take ownership of the business strategy, focusing on financial targets, proposal submissions, and revenue management.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, identifying growth opportunities within the existing client portfolio while proactively addressing client strategic priorities.
- Collaborate with sales leadership, industry heads, and the Delivery COE team to streamline information sharing and ensure effective opportunity management.
- Generate impactful case studies and client testimonials while representing the company at client and industry events.
- Drive team performance towards sales targets, ensuring an organized pipeline with proposal tracking.
- Engage confidently with senior clientele, adeptly negotiating terms and linking value propositions to pricing.
- Assume comprehensive responsibility for business planning and execution.
