As an HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our HR functions by driving initiatives that support our organizational goals. You will be responsible for a variety of activities, including employee relations, payroll, performance management, and any other ad hoc requests. You will be reporting directly to our HR Manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Where You’ll Make an Impact

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, with support from ADP’s benefits administration tools.
Collect data from management and employee surveys, employment records, and exit interviews.
Manage payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries.
Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and benefits inquiries promptly.
Review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
Monitor and ensure company HR policies and procedures are compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using ADP’s HR management features.
Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries or requests, as well as any ad-hoc HR projects.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field.
1+ years of HR experience, tech industry a plus.
Knowledge of ADP HR and payroll systems (ADP Workforce Now, ADP Recruiting, ADP Benefits Administration) a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
