Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Client Stakeholders’ Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Understand client requirements and ensure that services meet or exceed expectations.
Service Management:
- Oversee the delivery of services to clients.
- Ensure that service delivery processes are efficient and effective.
- Monitor service levels and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Team Management:
- Lead and manage the service delivery team.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and manage team performance.
Problem Resolution:
- Identify and resolve issues that impact service delivery.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent a recurrence of issues.
- Escalate issues to higher management when necessary.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for improving service delivery processes.
- Implement best practices and process improvements.
- Monitor and measure the impact of improvements.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular reports on service delivery performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of service delivery processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Financial Management:
- Manage budgets and control costs related to service delivery.
- Ensure that services are delivered within budget.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings.
Communication Management:
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on service delivery performance.
- Address stakeholder concerns and feedback.
Project Management:
- Manage service delivery projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to service delivery.
- Implement and monitor risk management strategies.
