Key Responsibilities
- Review and edit adaptive math practice materials, ensuring they align with state and Common Core standards.
- Collaborate effectively with vendors, freelancers, and internal staff to elevate user experience while adhering to established timelines and budgets.
- Utilize digital tools such as Excel, Box, and Jira to manage tasks and track progress.
- Write and edit engaging contextual and non-contextual practice items while providing constructive feedback related to math skills and concepts.
Required Skills
- Proficient in content management systems and file management practices.
- Strong grasp of Agile and Scrum methodologies, with experience in iterative development.
- Expertise in Excel, data management, and quality assurance.
- Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with illustration specifications and user experience principles in digital content.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital content development, particularly in mathematics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Math, Applied Math, Communications, or Education with a math credential.
- Proven understanding of math curriculum and assessment standards for grades 3-8.
- Classroom teaching experience in mathematics for grades 3-8 is preferred.
- Interest in generative AI and adaptive digital practices is advantageous.
