Key Responsibilities
- Manage a designated portfolio of clients throughout their entire lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal.
- Drive initiatives aimed at boosting customer retention, satisfaction, and growth.
- Partner with sales and internal teams to successfully onboard and support new clients, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Develop proficiency in our product offerings and the e-commerce landscape, providing valuable insights through data analysis and reporting.
- Design success plans and conduct quarterly business reviews with executive stakeholders.
- Forge strong relationships at various levels within user and executive teams across multiple brands.
Required Skills
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage and expand a significant book of business while sharing best practices with colleagues.
- Familiarity with project management principles and skills is highly desirable.
- Experience with account planning and proficiency in Google Analytics and Digital Marketing is preferred.
- Previous experience in a performance-based role tied to sales/revenue and retention objectives is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 0-2 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, ideally in digital media, e-commerce, technology platforms, or a SaaS context.
- Experience with prominent retailers such as Amazon, Best Buy, or Walmart is an advantage.
