POSITION SUMMARY
· A key representative of the program, evangelizing its mission, values, and services to external partners, programs, families, and other members of the community.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engages in business development activities to inpatient units, residential and outpatient programs, private practitioners, schools, and other potential referents to provide information about the Center’s programming and services.
- Manages inquiry calls and log inquiries into the CRM
- Schedules evaluations and ensures financial agreement and all necessary forms and Releases of Information (ROIs) and regulatory documents are completed and uploaded into the EMR
- Increases brand awareness at conferences and other events
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, EMR and CRM
- Understanding of diverse cultures and gender specific issues
- Understands need for and maintains appropriate confidentiality at all times when interacting with patients, families, visitors, referral sources and all other contacts.
- Exhibits excellent customer relations skills as evidenced by supportive and constructive communication with all contacts including coworkers, patients, visitors, families, and referral sources.
Education/Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Master’s degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling a plus
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales/business development
